  NEVER GOING BACK! Just ordered 2 open kebab meals and paid extra to add on salad. Didn't want to mix hot and cold or get my chips soggy so requested if the salad could be placed in a separate container. The lady working there goes back to ask her boss. He comes out and shows me a plastic container and says these don't come for free? Puts a spoonful of salad in the container and angrily walks away slamming the plastic curtain. If he had said so nicely, would've been more than happy to pay. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you don't know how to talk to customers don't work in hospitality!!! Over a 10 cent container, you lost customers considering I ordered a $26 meal!

  Regardless of what was said between the parties involved in the video, the behaviour of the store owner was totally unacceptable and aggressive. Social media will destroy the reputation of this business purely due to the owners steroid rage issues and he only has himself to blame. No doubt they will just rebrand the store and continue operating in this unprofessional manner.

  The service here has always been friendly. The son has always smiled at me and thanked me for coming in. They make the best kebabs in melton. My dad and i get kebabs from here every few weeks for the last 5+ years. Love it. (For the ppl who are complaining about a lack of respect. You have to show respect if you want to be respected).
